IRBUILD is the export company of Khatam, a porcelain tiles manufacturer in Ardakan, Yazd, Iran. We supply porcelain made by Khatam and by other Iranian factories we work with to importers, distributors and contractors, by truck or by container, with one invoice for the whole load.
Porcelain absorbs 0.5% of water or less, so it is the body for busy commercial floors, hotels and wet areas. The range covers 161 rectified models, most of them large format porcelain tiles in 60x120, 80x80, 100x100 and 80x160 cm.

Most of our porcelain is large format: 60x120, 80x80, 100x100 and 80x160 cm. Fewer joints make a floor look like one surface, which is why large tiles are chosen for lobbies, showrooms, hotels and open-plan homes.
A 100x100 floor needs a quarter as many tiles as a 50x50 one and half the joint length, so it is quicker to clean and looks calmer.
The polished large formats are 12–13 mm thick, for dry interiors where the shine carries the design.
Large tiles need a flat base, full adhesive cover under the whole tile and two people to place each piece; levelling clips help.
Large pallets are lighter per pallet, so a load carries 15–17 pallets of 80x80 or 80x160 against about 10 of 60x60.
Our porcelain is glazed porcelain: the design is printed in the glaze over a dense porcelain body. It comes in three surfaces: matt for wet and busy floors, glossy for homes and offices, and polished for dry lobbies and showrooms. Designs are mostly stone and marble, with cement and plain colours.
