80x80 Porcelain Tiles for Wholesale and Export 800x800 mm porcelain and white body floor tiles
IRBUILD supplies 80x80 porcelain tiles and 800x800 mm white body tiles, made by our own Khatam factory in Ardakan, Yazd, and by other Iranian factories we work with, to importers, distributors and contractors.
All 72 models are rectified, in polished, glossy or matt, mostly with stone and marble designs. An 80x80 floor needs fewer tiles than a 60x60 one and is easier to lay flat than a 60x120. The tables below give the real pallet and loading figures for each body.

Two bodies in this size; every model states which one it is.
Polished 80x80 Porcelain Tiles
Porcelain 12 mm thick with a mirror polish, water absorption 0.5% or less (BIa), mostly marble and stone designs. For lobbies, showrooms and living rooms that stay dry.

80x80 Tile Packing and Container Loading
Tiles travel in cartons on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets. For tile, weight decides how much fits: a 20 ft container or one truck carries about 25 tonnes. 80x80 pallets are light, so more of them fit in one load.

A load is one 20 ft container or one truck at about 25 t. Above about 12 pallets the pallets are stacked two high, which the loading plan confirms. Exact figures for your models and route are on the packing list of every quotation.
