100x100 Porcelain Tiles for Wholesale and Export 1000x1000 mm floor tiles: one tile, one square metre
IRBUILD supplies 100x100 porcelain tiles and 1000x1000 mm white body tiles, made by our own Khatam factory in Ardakan, Yazd, and by other Iranian factories we work with, to importers, distributors and contractors.
One tile covers exactly one square metre, so a floor has the fewest joints of any square size. All 37 models are rectified, mostly in stone and marble designs: polished 13 mm porcelain, or glossy and matt white body. The tables below give the real pallet and loading figures.

1000x1000 mm Porcelain and White Body Tiles
Two bodies in this size; every model states which one it is.
Polished 100x100 Porcelain Tiles
Porcelain 13 mm thick with a mirror polish, water absorption 0.5% or less (BIa), in marble and stone designs. For lobbies, showrooms and villas where the floor is the centrepiece.
All porcelain tiles →100x100 White Body Tiles
White body 11 mm thick, glossy or matt, with low water absorption of 0.5–3% (BIb). A large format at a lower price than porcelain, for homes and offices.

A one-metre tile needs a flat base, full adhesive cover and two people to place it. Levelling clips keep the joints flat across a large open floor.

100x100 Tile Packing and Container Loading
Tiles travel in cartons on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets. For tile, weight decides how much fits: a 20 ft container or one truck carries about 25 tonnes.
