40x120 Ceramic Wall Tiles for Wholesale and Export 400x1200 mm white body wall tiles from the Khatam factory
IRBUILD supplies 40x120 ceramic tiles made by our own factory, Khatam, in Ardakan, Yazd. These 400x1200 mm wall tiles go to importers, distributors and contractors by truck or by container.
All 42 models are 11 mm white body ceramic with a matt surface and rectified edges, mostly in stone designs. The long, narrow face covers a full-height wall with few joints, and one person can lift a tile. This page gives the real pallet and loading figures.

400x1200 mm White Body Wall Tiles
One body, one thickness, one surface, all from the Khatam factory, so a load is filled from a single production batch.
40x120 White Body Ceramic Tiles
White body ceramic, 11 mm thick, with water absorption of 3–6% (BIIa). It is not porcelain: it is made for interior walls, where it costs less than a porcelain large format.

40x120 Tile Packing and Container Loading
Tiles travel in cartons on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets. For tile, weight decides how much fits, not space: a 20 ft container or one truck carries about 25 tonnes.
