The pale body does not tint the glaze, so whites, light marbles and bright tones come out clean.

White body is made in floor sizes from 40x40 to 100x100, with a thick 15 mm 40x40 for heavy residential use.

For homes, offices and shops with normal traffic, white body gives a large-format floor at a lower price per square metre than porcelain.

Part of the range comes from our own Khatam factory, so quantities, shade batches and loading dates are planned at the source.

MOQ depends on the model, the design, the production plan, the packing and the destination. Send the requirement through the quotation form and the desk replies with the applicable minimum.

The quantity depends on the pieces per carton, the thickness and the model. It is printed on the packing list attached to every quotation.

Yes to all three. The catalogue and datasheets are sent as PDFs, and sample boxes are dispatched on request — the desk states the preparation time and freight arrangement for your destination.

Yes, direct from the producing factories. Minimum order quantity is set per model and destination and is stated on the quotation. A proforma invoice is issued once the models, quantity, destination and incoterm are confirmed.

IRBUILD ships from Iran to thirty-five countries. Routes are road, rail or sea through Bandar Abbas; the desk confirms the available route, documents and delivery terms for a given destination.

It depends on each model reaching its own MOQ, on the container capacity and payload, and on the production schedule. Mixed loading is confirmed before the proforma invoice is issued.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading and the technical datasheet. Any additional certificate is confirmed case by case before shipment.

EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF are quoted where the route to the destination supports them. The desk confirms which terms and which route apply to your market.

A ceramic tile pressed from a light-firing clay, so the body under the glaze is pale. Most of our white body tiles have a water absorption of 3–6% (BIIa).

Porcelain is denser (water absorption 0.5% or less) and suits very busy and commercial floors. White body costs less and suits homes, offices and shops with normal traffic.

White body uses a pale clay; red body uses an iron-rich clay that fires red. Our red body 60x60 and 60x120 absorb more water (6–10%) than white body (3–6%), and red body is usually the lower-priced option.

Yes. Most of our white body models are floor tiles, from 40x40 to 100x100. For wet floors choose a matt model with a suitable slip rating.
