IRBUILD is a supplier and exporter of 60x120 porcelain tiles and 600x1200 mm white body and red body ceramic tiles for importers, distributors and contractors. Tiles are loaded at Ardakan, Yazd, and leave by truck or by container.
All 153 models are rectified, in glossy, matt or polished, with marble, stone and cement designs. Each tile covers 0.72 m², so a floor has half the joints of a 60x60 layout. The tables below give the real pallet and loading figures for each body.

600x1200 mm Porcelain and Ceramic Bodies
The body decides where a tile can go and how much of it fits on a truck. We supply 60x120 in three bodies; every model states which one it is.
60x120 Porcelain Tiles (BIa)
Porcelain absorbs 0.5% of water or less (group BIa under ISO 13006), so it suits busy floors, commercial projects and wet areas. It comes in two lines: 9.5 mm in glossy or matt, and 12 mm polished for a mirror finish in lobbies and showrooms.

White body is 11 mm thick with water absorption of 3–6% (BIIa), in glossy or matt. It is the usual choice for walls and for floors in homes and offices, where a large format is wanted at a lower price than porcelain.

Red body is the economy choice: 11 mm thick, water absorption 6–10% (BIIb), in glossy or matt. Use it for residential walls and floors with light traffic.

60x120 Tile Packing and Container Loading
Tiles travel in cartons on strapped, shrink-wrapped pallets. For tile, weight decides how much fits, not space: a 20 ft container or one truck carries about 25 tonnes, so lighter bodies load more square metres.

A load is one 20 ft container or one truck at about 25 t. A 40 ft container carries little more tile, because its weight limit is almost the same. Figures for the 12 mm polished porcelain, and exact figures for your models and route, are on the packing list of every quotation.
