Yes, direct from the producing factories. Minimum order quantity is set per model and destination and is stated on the quotation. A proforma invoice is issued once the models, quantity, destination and incoterm are confirmed.

No. Porcelain is much denser (water absorption 0.5% or less) and suits busy commercial floors. Red body suits homes and floors with normal foot traffic.

We do not recommend it. With 6–10% water absorption, red body is for indoor floors and walls; for outdoor use, ask about porcelain.
