Yes, direct from the producing factories. Minimum order quantity is set per model and destination and is stated on the quotation. A proforma invoice is issued once the models, quantity, destination and incoterm are confirmed.

It depends on each model reaching its own MOQ, on the container capacity and payload, and on the production schedule. Mixed loading is confirmed before the proforma invoice is issued.

Mostly yes: about three in four models are matt. A few glossy models are made in 60x60, 60x120 and 30x60.

60x120 is the most common size in our concrete range; large tiles with few joints look closest to a poured concrete floor.

Concrete look is plainer and more even; stone look shows more grain and colour change and hides dust better.
